Red-tailed Hawk nest Location Guide - New Jersey
Adult female Red-tailed Hawk in the nest carrying for two young chicks:
If you would like to visit this nest, you can get the exact information on how to photograph there in my Location Guide: https://www.greggard.com/location-guides/red-tailed-hawk-nest-nj-photography-ebook
Stay assured, this nest is located far from the viewing point which doesn't interfere with these hawks' daily routine. Seeing how many people visit this park, and how loud it can be there, it is very surprising how tolerant this family is and this is why I'm comfortable with sharing this location with you. If the human presence would interfere with the nesting season of these birds in any way, I would never share it nor visit it.
If you can't visit this nest, you can watch my videos from the same nest, showing two Red-tailed Hawk chicks growing up in 2015. After discovering this nest, I decided to visit it for about an hour a week, to document development of these young hawks. I hope you will enjoy it :)
