On that day, I was photographing these songbirds in a shaded part of a forest with some breaks in a tree canopy that let some light through. During my 3 hours visit, it only happened once when this Hooded Warbler landed on a branch that had some sunlight. To me, it made for an interesting scene as this bird was in a spotlight like lighting. I wish it made more interesting pose, singing for example, but I’m still happy how the overall scene turned out, having that lemon yellow colors brightening up the dark greens of the background.
