This season, I’ve decided to take a gamble and shoot at this popular spot for Short-eared Owls from a little bit different perspective than usual. This season though, I’m pushing it a little bit further. Each visit is a gamble as owls not always cooperate with my ideas🙈

One thing for sure, this photograph perfectly illustrates their preferred wintering habitat🤩
