Adult Black Skimmer (Rynchops niger) nest with 4 chicks - Nickerson Beach, Long Island, New York, East Coast, USA
I believe that these chicks varied in age from 2 days old, 1 day old to several hours old and just hatched chick. Was there unhatched egg still left? What do you think?
